Below is a list of frequently asked questions (FAQs) regarding BAM powered by Strategy OneTM.

Strategy One (formerly MicroStrategy ONE) is an AI-powered business intelligence and analytics platform designed to deliver actionable data insights at scale. TEOCO is incorporating this tool into its portfolio of solutions starting with BillTrak Analysis Module (BAM), including BillTrak, and Claim Center, plus SmartCircuit for improved performance, modern visualizations and enhanced self-service capabilities supporting dashboards, standard reports and ad hoc analytics.

Strategy One will initially support BillTrak Analysis Module (BAM), including BillTrak, and Claim Center, plus SmartCircuit reporting, with the goal of expanding and deepening its capabilities across additional TEOCO solutions over time.

Strategy One is intended to work along-side SAP Business Objects. We will continue to maintain and support both solutions for the foreseeable future and will communicate any retirement timeline well in advance.

No immediate action is required. You will be able to continue to use your existing Business Objects reports as you do today. While we are rolling out Strategy One we will provide guidance on how and when you can begin adopting the new platform.

Your current Business Objects reports will remain available, just as they are today. Over time, we will share recommendations for equivalent or enhanced reports and dashboards in Strategy One, as well as migrating key reports and usage to the new platform.

We do not anticipate any disruption to your existing reporting. Strategy One will be introduced alongside current capabilities, and any planned maintenance or changes will follow our standard communication and change-management processes.

Strategy One will follow TEOCO’s established security and access controls, ensuring that users only see data and reports appropriate to their roles. We will provide specific guidance on user setup, permissions and authentication as we onboard customers.

Yes. We will offer recorded and live training sessions and user guides to help your teams get the most value from Strategy One. Details on training schedules and resources will be shared as rollout plans are finalized.

Your existing TEOCO support channels remain unchanged. Our support teams will be prepared to assist you with both Business Objects and Strategy One during the transition, including troubleshooting, report questions and migration guidance.
