Atul Jain founded TEOCO Corporation in 1995 with the dream of building a successful business model, not just a successful business. His goal was to build a company that did not compromise its values. Prior to starting TEOCO Corporation, Mr. Jain was with a Silicon Valley firm TIBCO for seven years. At TIBCO, Mr. Jain’s focus was to work with Fortune 500 clients to design and build state-of-the-art software solutions leveraging the company’s trademark TIB platform.

Philip M. Giuntini joined TEOCO in February 2000 as Vice Chairman and President, bringing more than thirty years of experience in the consulting and information systems industry to the company. Prior to joining TEOCO, Mr. Giuntini was President and a Board Member of American Management Systems, Inc. (AMS), a $1B international business and information technology consulting firm headquartered in Fairfax, Virginia.

Avi Goldstein joined TEOCO in October 2008 he heads up one of TEOCO’s four Global Lines of Business, Service Assurance and serves as our CFO. Prior to joining TEOCO, Mr. Goldstein co-founded several startup companies as well provided consulting services in the telecom arena with a strong focus on mergers and acquisitions. Prior to that Mr. Goldstein served as an Executive Vice President and CFO of ECtel Ltd. (NASDAQ: ECTX), from its establishment until 2005. Mr. Goldstein led ECtel to a successful IPO as well as private placements and M&A activities.

Hemant heads up one of TEOCO’s four Global Lines of Business, Device & IoT  and serves as Executive Vice President, Corporate and Organizational Development. He joined TEOCO Corporation in 2013 to help develop and implement our M&A and transformation strategy. He brings more than 30 years’ experience gained in various leadership positions as a partner in Price Waterhouse Coopers’ (PwC) management consulting practice and IBM where most recently he held a global leadership position in its global Strategy and Transformation practice. Hemant played a key role and was instrumental in the acquisition and global integration of TEOCO’s most recent purchase, AIRCOM International.

Dr. Rob Roy, a well-recognized entrepreneur in the fields of wireless and VLSI system design, joined TEOCO in February 2012. Prior to joining TEOCO, he was Chief of Business Development at Atrenta, a leader in EDA software, and before that a VP of Business Development at SAI Technology. Dr. Roy was a Co-Founder and Chief Technology Strategist at Mobilian Corporation, an advanced wireless connectivity company that was acquired by Intel Corporation in 2003. In addition, Dr. Roy has held engineering and management positions at Intel and NEC. Dr. Roy, who currently holds 15 patents, is also the author of numerous articles published in referred journals.

Aloke Paskar joined TEOCO in June 2015 as Senior Vice President, Business Transformation, and now heads up one of TEOCO’s four Global Lines of Business, RAN Solutions.  Aloke brings with him over 26 years of experience that spans global P&L management, and founding & establishing start-ups.   Prior to TEOCO, Aloke was with Capgemini, TechSpan/Headstrong, and HCL Group managing sales, operations, transformation and P&L that spanned, US, UK, Western Europe, APAC, India & China.

Gabe Battista formerly served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Talk America, where he was CEO. Prior to joining Talk America in January of 1999, Mr. Battista was CEO of Network Solutions Inc. Mr. Battista was also CEO, President and COO of Cable & Wireless, Inc. He held additional management positions at US Sprint, GTE Telenet and The General Electric Company. Today, he is involved as director of Capitol.

    Robert Korzeniewski

John Devolites is Vice President of Data Services at Neustar. Prior to this he was the Vice President & General Manager at TEOCO focusing on solutions for the communications service provider industry. Previously, Mr. Devolites served as President of Professional Services for Telcordia. His other work experiences include executive positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers, E-Commerce Industries, Andersen, American Management Systems (AMS), Alexander Proudfoot PLC, and Booz Allen Hamilton. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Alliance for Telecommunications Industry Solutions (ATIS).

Hythem El-Nazer is a Director with TA Associates, an $18 billion global private equity firm. In addition to serving on the Board of Directors of TEOCO, he also serves on the Boards of Accruent, Answers, Bomgar, Idera, MicroSeismic, and Radialpoint. He led or was actively involved in TA’s investments in AboveNet, Aicent, Idea Cellular, MetroPCS Communications, RGM Advisors and WIND TELECOM S.p.A. Prior to joining TA in 2004, Hythem worked in the U.S. and the Middle East offices of McKinsey & Company and in the Investment Banking Department of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette in New York. He received a General Course degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science, an AB degree in Economics from Brown University and an MBA degree from Columbia Business School.

As VeriSign’s Executive Vice President, Corporate Development and Strategy, Mr Robert Korzeniewski was responsible for providing a consistent strategy and focus for investments and merger-and-acquisition activity. Mr. Korzeniewski was CFO of Network Solutions, Inc., from 1996 to 2000. Mr. Korzeniewski went to Network Solutions from SAIC, where from 1987 to 1996, he held a variety of senior financial positions.

    Marc Zionts

Marc Zionts is the CEO of Numerex (NASDAQ: NMRX). Zionts, a telecom executive and entrepreneur for over three decades, focuses on developing emerging technologies and services companies in high growth markets. Zionts has previously led 6 companies since 1987, resulting in 5 trade sales and 1 IPO. Most recently, he was President and CEO of Aicent, which was sold to Syniverse. Prior to starting his first company in 1987, Zionts worked for GTE. Ziont’s has a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology and remains active as an Alumni Mentor. Zionts is also an Independent Board Director for Pivot3 and Friends of the Earth, a Washington D.C. based environmental group.

Shachar Ebel joined TEOCO in September 2010 leveraging over 20 years of experience in the telecom industry. Mr. Ebel’s responsibilities include overseeing TEOCO’s technology, products and solutions management, product lines roadmaps, vision and strategy. Prior to joining TEOCO, Mr. Ebel held various positions in the telecom industry, including Chief Operational Officer and Chief Technology Officer at TTI Telecom (NASDAQ: TTIL), Chief System Engineer at Ofek NGN as well as co-founded several startups in the Telecom and Internet arenas. Mr. Ebel holds an MBA and a B.Sc in Electronics Engineering from Tel Aviv University, graduating cum laude.

Warren Dumanski, Vice President, Americas, has worked in various wireless technology functions for more than 24 years. Prior to working at TEOCO, Mr. Dumanski was VP Sales, Marketing, Operations and Customer Care at Newfield Wireless for almost 6 years.  While there the company tripled in employee size and grew revenue by almost one order of magnitude. Before Newfield, he was an early stage employee at NextG Networks where he successfully launched the sales efforts into Tier 1 wireless service providers resulting in a successful company sale to Crown Castle for $1B. Previously Warren was President of Celletra Incorporated, a wireless technology startup. Before Celletra he was employed by Spectrian Corporation, a publicly traded company, where he ran the worldwide sales organization achieving annual revenues of $180M. While at Nortel Networks in Kansas City, Mr.Dumanski supported the national launch of the Sprint PCS networks. He performed many functions within Nortel Network’s wireless group over 7 years including senior positions in finance, operations and sales.

Andrew Miceli, Vice President  MENA, Central Asia and Pakistan Sales, joined TEOCO as part of the Schema acquisition where he served as GM and VP Sales. In addition, Andrew has served as VP Sales for Americas region at Velocent Systems and VP Sales for Superconductor Technologies.  Andrew is the author of two widely used textbooks on wireless technology and is a  3 time Ironman Triathlon Finisher.

Chuck Privitera joined TEOCO as part of the Vibrant Solutions acquisition in October 2006.  Prior to joining TEOCO, he co-founded InformationView (re-launched as Vibrant Solutions in May, 2001), where he lead Engineering teams developing Cost and Revenue Management products for 15 years.  Prior to co-founding InformationView, Mr. Privitera held a variety of software development positions at Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) and Computer Consoles Incorporated (CCI).  At CSC, Mr. Privitera was a key contributor to early commercial releases of TUXEDO; and at Computer Consoles Inc, Mr. Privitera led development teams working on directory assistance and 911 product lines.

Roman joined TEOCO in December 1995 and was the 3rd employee.  He has held a wide range of roles within TEOCO including Senior Software Engineer, Software Architect, Enterprise Web Solutions Business Owner, VP of Engineering, VP of Americas Delivery and VP of Global Operations.  He has extensive experience in  designing, building, and delivering small, medium, and large scale solutions, as well as involvement in M&A activities and integration of acquired assets.  Prior to TEOCO he worked at TRW as a Senior Software Engineer for 9 years.

Alexis Kaltreider is Vice President of Global Resource Management & Organizational Development for TEOCO. Alexis works to support and align the employees with the business needs, by optimizing their skill set to ensure maximum effectiveness and efficiency to support the business goals. Alexis joined TEOCO in October 1999. Alexis has a Bachelor’s degree in Decision Sciences and Management Information Systems from George Mason University.

Thomas is Vice President of Business Development & Innovations for TEOCO. Thomas was the founder and Managing Director of Symena, acquired by AIRCOM in April 2012. AIRCOM was subsequently acquired by TEOCO in December 2013. Thomas Neubauer has more than eleven years of experience with automatic cell planning (ACP) and mathematical optimization. His experience has been applied to GSM, WCDMA, CDMA, WiMAX and LTE network design and operations. Thomas’ academic background is in smart antennas and MIMO systems. He holds a Ph.D. in telecommunications engineering from the Vienna University of Technology.

Inbar Charash joined TEOCO as part of the TTI Telecom acquisition in 2010. Prior to joining TTI Telecom in 2006, Inbar worked with the top firm Danziger, Klagsbald & CO. She gained her LLM from the Bar-Ilan University, and her LLB & BA degrees from the Interdisciplinary Center (IDC) in Herzliya, cum laude. Mrs Charash is TEOCO’s Corporate General Counsel and the Vice President of Legal Affairs.

David Burks’ 30–year telecom career includes experience within the software and services industries, both in the US and internationally.   He has held senior positions at IBM, Lucent and British Telecom, as well as several ISV’s, especially those specializing in OSS and BSS domains, including Kenan, Metasolv, Vallent, Orga Systems and Objective Systems Integrators.

Having spent the past 24-years living and working in Singapore, David has a keen understanding of international markets and enjoys strong relationships with operators, ISV’s and system integrators.  David has relocated to South Africa as TEOCO’s Vice President, Africa Sales.

David has a Bachelor of Arts degree (BA) from the University of Texas at Austin, and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Thunderbird School of Global Management in Arizona.

Carlos Varela joined TEOCO in January 2015 as VP Sales for Caribbean and Latin America (CALA). Carlos is responsible for leading new sales initiatives and driving growth in CALA. His 30 year experience with the region and 15 years with OSS and BSS solutions in Telecommunications, include positions with Texas Instruments, OKI, Metasolv and Roamware/Mobileum. Having travelled extensively throughout the region, Carlos has a deep understanding of its business culture and has strong relationships with both Mobile Operator Groups and Independent Mobile Operators.

Carlos has a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Industrial Engineering and a Master of Engineering in Engineering Management from Texas A&M University. He is based in Miami, FL.

Michael Bercovich rejoined TEOCO in January 2016, as Vice President of Finance, overseeing global accounting and finance operations. Michael was previously with TEOCO as Corporate Controller between 2009 and 2012.

Starting his career with KPMG, he then served in senior finance roles with several publicly traded technology companies, also living and working in the UK, Singapore, and Israel. Most recently, Michael served as Vice President and regional CFO with Xerox Corporation (NYSE: “XRX”) where he helped to set up new healthcare solutions business operations. Prior to Xerox, Michael served as Division CFO with CGI Group (NYSE: “GIB”), a global IT company. As a key member of the business unit leadership team, he helped to drive dramatic change in the organization, significantly growing software solutions program and its profitability.

Michael received Bachelor in Business and Accounting from College of Management in Israel, and he is a Certified Public Accountant.
