Customer Operations Manager

Responsibilities
- Work as Client Operations Manager during US hours for the client(s) allocated.
- Will be responsible for ensuring clients SLAs and deliverables are met.
- Understands all client projects both service and product related; supports account manager in communicating and/or gathering information related to tracking and delivering these projects; identifies any impacts to the service and resolves them
- Analyse and troubleshoot any issues raised by the client using internal tools.
- Provides month end support to the client
- Interacts with clients mostly through emails.
- Interacts with other teams in the LOB, as and when needed to meet client requirements.
- Creating and sharing reports with management and clients.
Experience and Qualifications
- The candidate should have experience in doing analytical work.
- The candidate must have good communications skills, both verbal and written.
- Must have good knowledge of Microsoft office especially MS Outlook and MS excel.
- The candidate must be have good planning and organising skills to enable him/her to manage tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Should be able to work as an individual performer and as a team player as and when needed.
- Having client-handling experience will be preferable.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
