Responsibilities

  • Work as Client Operations Manager during US hours for the client(s) allocated.
  • Will be responsible for ensuring clients SLAs and deliverables are met.
  • Understands all client projects both service and product related; supports account manager in communicating and/or gathering information related to tracking and delivering these projects; identifies any impacts to the service and resolves them
  • Analyse and troubleshoot any issues raised by the client using internal tools.
  • Provides month end support to the client
  • Interacts with clients mostly through emails.
  • Interacts with other teams in the LOB, as and when needed to meet client requirements.
  • Creating and sharing reports with management and clients.

Experience and Qualifications

  • The candidate should have experience in doing analytical work.
  • The candidate must have good communications skills, both verbal and written.
  • Must have good knowledge of Microsoft office especially MS Outlook and MS excel.
  • The candidate must be have good planning and organising skills to enable him/her to manage tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Should be able to work as an individual performer and as a team player as and when needed.
  • Having client-handling experience will be preferable.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
