    Invoice Processing
    ViewLogic will coordinate, receive and load 100% of your vendor invoices, regardless of currency or format, using our patented software process. ViewLogic then manages the full life-cycle of invoice payments including:

    • Invoice Receipt – ensure invoices are received on time in an accurate format
    • Business Rule application – The ViewLogic workflow is configured to meet your business rules related to auditing and disputes, account coding, approval and payment
    • Auto Pay – gain additional efficiencies by configuring ViewLogic to ‘0 touch’ process invoices that meet specific criteria
    • Accounts Payable Integration - Customize ViewLogic to integrate with your Accounts Payable system

     

    Auditing
    ViewLogic includes core auditing capabilities as well as the ability to create your own custom ad hoc audits. ViewLogic audits include:

    • Threshold audits for specific charge types
    • Circuit Inventory audits of circuits, locations, features and rates
    • Rate Audits for both switched and circuit rates.
    • Ad Hoc audits that can be designed with your own specific business rules and configured to run within the ViewLogic workflow process
       

    Claim Management
    ViewLogic’s Dispute Case Management along with its diaries and attachments allow you to store dispute information and all supporting documents supporting the claim within ViewLogic. The data is available through the user interface and can also be included in dispute tracking reports.

    Reporting
    ViewLogic provides the ability to generate both standard, pre-defined reports as well as user-defined reports. ViewLogic leverages Business Objects as its reporting tool, through which you have access to all your invoice, inventory, dispute, payment, coding, and configuration data through simple drag-and-drop report creation. Reports can be saved for personal use or published for all users. Reports can be run ad hoc or run on a scheduled basis.
