TrafficGuard alerts can be distributed to our Helix® Fault Management software and external systems. These alerts can also be shared with multiple users and organizations, including customers. TrafficGuard offers an intuitive, web-based Graphical User Interface (GUI) to administer all thresholds in the system, including creation, modification, and activation.
As part of Helix® Performance Management solution, we offer advanced predictive algorithms and analytics solutions. Adaptive thresholds can foresee the values of counters and KPI boundaries and prevent degradations before they occur, while our dedicated forecasting system based on SARIMA (Seasonal Auto-Regression Integrated Moving Average) statistical analysis model can manage incomplete data.

Inspector is the main interface for real-time analysis and troubleshooting. It allows a user to display KPIs for the date range and network elements they wish to investigate. Data can be displayed in both a data grid, or graphically on a number of user specified chart types. Multiple charts can be plotted to simplify comparing data across elements and over time. You can also link modules to provide powerful drill-down functions to help pinpoint problems, both across time and network elements.

The BusinessObjects XI reporting functionality provides an efficient, scalable, highly searchable, and easily updated alternative to static web pages or traditional, paper-based reporting. It enables you to create, publish, and distribute reports through the web on a regular basis.
Reporter includes sets of predefined reports to suit your needs. In addition to predefined reports, you can create reports of your own with the assistance of the BusinessObjects XI Web Intelligence tool.
The KPI Manager allows users with the appropriate permission level to define KPIs that are then available for all users. KPI definitions may include other KPIs within their equations, enabling high-level KPIs to be built up simply and quickly, with any changes made to the lower level KPIs immediately reflected. It also provides a KPI mapping facility between vendors. This option allows users to adopt a single KPI for all corresponding elements within a multi-vendor network.
