As part of Helix Performance Management solution, we offer advanced predictive algorithms and analytics solutions. Adaptive thresholds can foresee the values of counters and KPI boundaries and prevent degradations before they occur, while our dedicated forecasting system based on SARIMA (Seasonal Auto-Regression Integrated Moving Average) statistical analysis model can manage incomplete data.

It enables you to create, publish, and distribute reports through the web on a regular basis.
Reporter includes sets of predefined reports to suit your needs. In addition to predefined reports, you can create reports of your own with the assistance of the BusinessObjects XI Web Intelligence tool.
The KPI Manager allows users with the appropriate permission level to define KPIs that are then available for all users. KPI definitions may include other KPIs within their equations, enabling high-level KPIs to be built up simply and quickly, with any changes made to the lower level KPIs immediately reflected. It also provides a KPI mapping facility between vendors. This option allows users to adopt a single KPI for all corresponding elements within a multi-vendor network.
