TEOCO’s Netrac NetOrder is a comprehensive, centralized solution for managing orders and correlating the end-to-end business processes that accomplish them. NetOrder controls the entire process, from order creation, classification, prioritizing, scheduling and modification through tracking, implementing, and closure, culminating in efficient archiving for later comparison and analysis.
NetOrder streamlines fulfillment of network reconfiguration and service orders. NetOrder is built on the BMC Remedy ARS platform and expands the basic Remedy ARS toolset, providing dedicated tools for order management that uniquely match telecom service provider’s business and operational needs.
NetOrder can seamlessly integrate with other systems in a service provider’s environment, both TEOCO’s Netrac and third-party applications such as CRM, Inventory, Activation and other proprietary or commercial systems. This helps streamline work processes and reduces fulfillment time and expense.
Using TEOCO’s Netrac Provisioning, service providers are able to automate the order fulfillment process, thus increasing their operational efficiency, accelerate services delivery and products roll out and increase customer’s satisfaction by fulfilling their requests quicker and more accurately.
