  • Overview

    Today’s Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNO) are operating on thin margins with the largest expense being those that come from the Network Operator. Contracts with Network Operators are complex and varied. The validation of the invoices associated with network usage and subscriber activation is virtually impossible without automating the capture of network feeds and subscriber files. TEOCO’s MVNO Reconciliation module automates the reconciliation of the invoice(s) received from the Network Operator and presents potential discrepancies in the form of reports that can be used to file disputes.

    • Automated identification of discrepancies by MDN status, Minutes of Use, MB, number of events, jurisdiction, etc.
    • Web enabled display of dashboards and reports that identify discrepancies by partner invoice with drill down ability to the individual event(s).
