AcuDial Vendor Rate Processing
International call routing is incredibly complex in that service providers are tasked with keeping up with the latest rate changes on a near real-time basis, trading international minutes with thousands of rate changes multiple times per day. TEOCO’s AcuWorld helps solve this problem with an automated rate loading tool called AcuDial. AcuDial normalizes the loading of rate details from thousands of complex rate sheets with unsurpassed speed, while checking for often costly errors that lead to unprofitable disputes. Intelligent Network Routing
The TEOCO Optimal Cost Route Model (OCRM) goes several steps further than traditional Least Cost Routing by generating true optimal cost routing. The OCRM process utilizes rate contract details, cost, quality and margin filters to recommend routing sequences for each route class. The user can develop multiple route classes where each route class can have its own unique cost basis and routing schema within the switch. The OCRM handles route changes for the entire network (versus one switch at a time) for all or select destinations.
