    Interconnect Cost Management

    Based on sophisticated algorithms, our Interconnect Cost Management solution (AcuRate) leverages a broad range of highly granular data to drive unnecessary costs out of your network. In generating routing for the network, AcuRate goes beyond simplistic least cost call routing to optimal cost call routing. AcuRate generates optimal cost routing models, or OCRMs, by balancing complex financial variables, customized business rules, network topology and QoS objectives. By zeroing in on data at a call-by-call level of detail and summarizing it up to actionable levels, our solution enables you to identify hidden costs and provides you with ability to take immediate corrective actions.

    Switch Translation Automation

    Manually updating switches is a slow and costly process, and the difficulty in adapting to pricing and Vendor rate changes can prove challenging. Our Switch Translation Automation solution (AcuRoute) provides you with a bi-directional switch interface that allows you to generate routing translations and update switch codes in the native switch language as well as reduce time and money spent on manual, error-prone data entry. Our solution receives output from our Interconnect Cost Management solution and incorporates additional core routing functions in order to finalize the Optimal Cost Routing Model (OCRM) for insertion into the network routing tables. The OCRM is then converted into the native language of the different network elements throughout your network and then can automatically input the results into the network.

    QoS Business Rules and Routing Overrides

    While driving voice traffic on the least expensive routes is your goal, doing so can be counterproductive if those routes suffer network quality problems. Our solution allows you to monitor network quality in near real-time to identify bottlenecks, dynamically re-route traffic, and improve Quality of Service (QoS) for greater customer satisfaction and reduced churn. Reporting on the presence of overrides in the network is provided which allows you to calculate the penalty cost of having had translations override in the network.

    Intelligent Network Routing
    The TEOCO Optimal Cost Route Model (OCRM) goes several steps further than traditional Least Cost Routing by generating true optimal cost routing. The OCRM process utilizes rate contract details, cost, quality and margin filters to recommend routing sequences for each route class. The user can develop multiple route classes where each route class can have its own unique cost basis and routing schema within the switch. The OCRM handles route changes for the entire network (versus one switch at a time) for all or select destinations. This enables true ‘network routing’ in which every possible routing alternative is factored in across your entire network topology. Additionally individual route changes can be made through one powerful screen via “drag-and-drop” capabilities - making AcuWorld’s OCRM generation quick, efficient and extremely user friendly.
