Our pricing generation and sell code management solution handles the customer rate notification process in a highly efficient fashion. It provides drill down capabilities to view customer minutes, revenues, costs and margins down to the digit level giving full visibility to potential arbitrage behavior by customers. Additionally, it can allow you to keep full visibility into the profitability of your voice business every day.
Price Generation
TEOCO can provide you with an end to end solution for generating pricing to customers. Price Generation reviews historical, current and future cost information to develop suggested price increases and decreases so that you consistently obtain your margin goals. You can generate rack rates for all customers within a sell plan or create customized pricing for one or several customers within the same sell plan.
Additionally, you have the ability to set margin thresholds and floor pricing. You can review margins per sell plan and then drill down to understand what specific customer/destination is impacting the current margin levels. The system suggests changes to your price sheet to get the margins back to the specified goal.
Sell Plan Management
Sell plan management includes features such customer price notification, the ability to search archived price amendments, audit capabilities, and the uploading of customer target rates.
Customer Price Notification - Provides the ability to send out price amendments to your customers. The pricing group can send out pricing for one or several countries or send out full A to Z price amendments. These price sheets can be sent electronically and via fax. Additionally, the permission levels of individual pricing or sales analysts are tracked so that they can either send out price changes to their customers or gain approval before these amendments are sent. Both analysts and managers have screens to track what has been approved, what has been sent to the customer, and what is still pending.
Search Archived Price Amendments - All price amendments sent to customers are housed electronically so that they can be investigated at a later time if required. The user has an easy-to-use screen/menu to quickly do searches on old price amendments.
Audit Capabilities - An audit feature enables you to track all price activity including changes and approvals.
Uploading Customer Target Rates - Allows the user to create templates to easily upload target rates received from a customer. You can upload the target prices, minutes, and ASR thresholds and then the system will automatically compare them to the current pricing given to that customer.
