You don't have to be an employee of TEOCO to refer someone and earn a referral bonus. You can earn $250 for a referral - that's bonus money on all referrals who are hired as regular full-time employees.

We need people in every profession and department - Java Developers, Software Test Engineers, Database Engineers, Telco Cost Auditors, and Analysts just to name a few.

So keep your ears and eyes open for anyone who could qualify for one of our many positions or has the subject matter expertise in one of our niches and you could get a bonus for making the referral!

To be eligible, the referred person must remain continuously employed for a minimum of 90 days. Ineligible referrals include hires for temporary positions, rehires of former employees, or self referrals. Only one bonus per referral.
