We sponsor several programs that advance ethics, integrity and employee ownership and provide meaningful support to deserving organizations; for example:

• TEOCO is a sponsor -- and past winner -- of the National Capital Business Ethics Award (NCBEA), which recognizes companies that exemplify a strong commitment to civic and social responsibility, integrity, and ethical conduct
• In partnership with the Ethics Resource Center (ERC), TEOCO sponsors the Student Leadership in Ethics Award, which celebrates a student leader's contributions and includes a $1,000 scholarship
• TEOCO sponsors the annual "Innovations in Employee Ownership Award" at the Employee Ownership Conference
• TEOCO sponsors the annual "Women in Technology" Golf Tournament
• TEOCO partners with a local elementary school in Northern Virginia
• In the past, TEOCO worked with the United Way to establish and champion the Emerging Companies campaign, which encouraged growing firms in Northern Virginia to give back to the community where we do business

TEOCO also supports employee-owners' personal commitment to charitable giving and community outreach with a double-match on employee-owners' charitable contributions (up to $100).
