At TIBCO, Mr. Jain's focus was to work with Fortune 500 clients to design and build state-of-the-art software solutions leveraging the company's trademark TIB platform. |

M. Giuntini, Vice Chairman & President
Philip M. Giuntini joined TEOCO in February 2000 as Vice Chairman and President, bringing more than thirty years of experience in the consulting and information systems industry to the company. Mr. Giuntini's primary responsibilities include overseeing TEOCO's financial operations. Prior to joining TEOCO, Mr. Giuntini was President and on the Board of Directors of American Management Systems, Inc (AMS), a $1B international business and information technology consulting firm headquartered in Fairfax, Virginia. |

Devolites, Vice President
John Devolites is currently the Vice President and General Manager at TEOCO focusing on solutions for the communications and entertainment industry. Prior to joining the company in a full time capacity in February 2004, he served on TEOCO's Board of Directors for four years. Previously, Mr. Devolites served as President of Professional Services for Telcordia, where he managed a staff of over 800. His other work experiences include executive positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers, E-Commerce Industries, Andersen, American Management Systems (AMS), Alexander Proudfoot PLC, and Booz, Allen and Hamilton. |

Judy
Graham, Director, Human Resources
Judy Graham joined the TEOCO leadership team in January 2005 as the Director of Human Resources. She brings more than 20 years of experience in the field of Human Resources to the job. Prior to joining TEOCO, Ms. Graham served for five years as the Vice President of Human Resources for MAMSI (Mid-Atlantic Medical Services, Inc.), a large regional integrated healthcare services firm. Ms. Graham also spent a number of years in the telecom industry with previous employers such as Teligent, Inc., Pocket Communications, Inc., and COMSAT Corporation. |
